Default Is it my clutch or the master cylinder?

I have a 2007 wrx has abour 50xxx thousand miles on it. about a month ago when it started getting cold i would hear a hissing noise coming from inside the engine compartment whenever i would press the clutch in. thruought the day i kept driving and that day the sun came out and i didnt hear the noise again. so i just left it alone. And now every time it rains or theres condensation in the air it will make the same noise. it used to not make a noise when it was just sitting.. and now whenever the car is off i can press the clutch and it almost sounds as if there rubber being dragged over metal.. atleast thats what i hear. the clutch still lets me go thru all the gears with no problem and ive never had slippage either... I checked everything thinking that it might just be something needing greace. if anybody can help me out i will greatly appreciate it. thanks!

Did you ever find out what it was? I have the EXACT same problem, I mean exact! I'm trying to find out what I'm dealing with.
