"How could a man be satisfied with a decision between such [crappy cars on the market these days] and under such circumstances? no more than he can be satisfied with his hat, which he has chosen from among such shapes as the resources of the age offer him, wearing it at best with a resignation which is chiefly supported by comparison." from Middlemarch by George Eliot.
this wagon really satisfies in any age

Nice to see that you are still rockin' the 98rs/Outback/L bumper. I've got a V5 bumper in my garage, but I'm still not sure if I'll actually use it. Oh, one more thing: do your doors still rattle when they're shut? ; }

I thought about a V5 bumper, but thought it may be too aggressive for the sleeper status I want.

Door rattles? If thats all you have... your in good shape. I have long given up on my list of rattles and strange noises, I just accept them now.

Yep. I used to own the Original seats out of that car - put them in my L sedan. Robert had ECS do the original build, but I'm sure Doc's done a lot more since he bought it.

Awesome car, Doc. Keep 'er a sleeper.

this is sweet... very cool car.
the next time i do a swap i want it to be pretty much just like this... an sti into a gc wagon... i'm thinking white. i have a green on my car now but really liked the stock turbo so probably keep the engine mods simple after the swap and just do a buttload of suspension work and have some awesome wheels.
