Ive been using WS-50 and love them. Brando and a couple others as well. The WS-60 is supposed to be even better. Just my opinion.

I got WS-60's for my Evo last winter and loved them so much I bought a set of WS-60's this season for my wife's Outlander.

I will definitely vouch for these tires. They're the best non-studded tire you'll ever put on a car.

I have WS60s, and I can vouch for those tires all day.

At one of last year's Rallycrosses I co-drove my WRX wagon (with WS-60s) with Taig (Sundog/inkpreza). The way Rallycross scoring works is they take all of your runs and add them together for a total time. Average single runs were a little over a minute each, and there were 6 runs for the day. Taig beat me by 0.410 seconds. I came in 2nd. Third place was 30.500 seconds behind me in an STI. Right there, the tires speak for themselves.

...a n00b that had never Rallycrossed ever grabbed 3rd overall at one Rallycross event weekend with WS-60s.

Once again, praise for the tires.

Brave soul.

I value my Blizzaks more than tearing them up in the dirt...

here. Underground hooked me up on shipping through them. Forgot how much I paid, but it was less than $670.

There is also a new Blizzak LM, which supposedly has been designed to replace the WS-60, the way they replaced the WS-50. Big shoes to fill.

Yep, just buy some decent tires and you automatically end up in first.

I just ordered a set of the Michelin X-Ice Xi2 from Tire Rack; 215/55-17. With shipping added (FedEx 2-day) and Michelin $70 rebate, it came out $20 cheaper than anywhere in the Anchorage area. $620 was my end cost.

Now, to find someone to mount them who won't trash the wheels!
