Default Anybody need a Realtor? I need to fix my FXT

So I wasn't going to post anything here because I think its lame. But I am really getting sick of not having money to fix my subi. I need about 2-3k to fix it. It needs heads, turbo and TMIC. It has a built STI Short block in it already. As of this last July I am a fulltime Realtor. I have sold a few homes so far but all that went to was bills. If you know anyone in need of a house to buy or to sell and want to help out a fellow subi driver, let me know.

I will do anything for them And you I am just sick of my car sitting in my Garage and not being able to drive it. Its been there for about 9 months now..... I am also a computer technician/IT guy so if anyone needs help either with an old computer, or wants a new computer, I can help there as well.

Shoot me some PM's. Thanks.

Glenn.

When the time comes I'll keep you in mind... It'll be awhile though. It's always nice working with a chill friendly buyer's agent though. When my ex and I were looking her aunt was our agent, made it so nice.

You just mean a list of all the listed houses? You can get that yourself IIRC...

IF you tell me what you are interested in and what area, I can make a custom list for you, otherwise you can go to utahrealestate.com and do a search. If you want to go look at any of the ones you like, thats where I would step in. But I can also do everything for you just by knowing what you are looking for.

Glenn.

That would be awesome if you remembered me. And yeah, its always better when you know someone, I hate dealing with salesmen that are just there to sale and that is the only connection you have with them. I also hate dealing with salesmen in general

Hey I'm listing 2 town homes this week, one in AF for 155,900 that is 3 bedrooms and remodeled and updated and the other for 148,900 in provo that has been updated as well. Let me know if you are interested in seeing either of these or anything else. I am showing a town home in south provo tonight that is listed at 129,900 and has 4 bedrooms. Thats 750 a month for a pretty nice place. Just rent out the other 3 rooms and you pay your mortgage easy!

Hey I'm going to bump this up! I have 3 listings right now, one is 22.8 acres up by Parley's Summit! Let me know if you know anyone that might be interested. Here is my Blog: www.gpearsonrealtor.blogspot.com

I still have not fixed my Subi, and I really would like to. If I sell 2 of the 3 listings I have, I will have money do finally do it! So if you know anyone, Please let me know. On my blog it has details if you are interested in selling a home. I do a flat fee for listings and save people tons of money.

If you can help, I would love it!
