I just bought the car in July, and exactly 2 months later it needed and alignment so I had it done under warranty. They corrected a rear-toe problem. A couple of weeks ago I noticed the car pulling to the right again and I call the service department today (I've been crazy busy lately) and first they ask me if the car was pulling or drifting, then they tell me that the roads are designed to make your car drift to the right so that if you're sleeping you'll hit the rumble strip. THEN they tell me that they can do only one alignment under warranty and that I'd have to pay $80 bucks for an alignment this time. What do you think should be done? I work at Sears and may have the autocenter check if it needs an alignment first before i bring the car in tomorrow, and really if it does I can have sears do it for $20 (that never happens cuz Sears overcharges for everything lol).
I know dealers have told people before that these cars naturally do this because of the all-wheel-drive and other bs so I want to know how people have dealt with this in the past. I cancel the appointment tomorrow if I have to cuz it doesnt add up to me. I'm no dummy when it comes to cars but I'm not an expert either. Thanks in advance!
