Wanted: (WA) Winter tires and or winter tires+wheels set up

I have a 2009 wrx and want either 4 winter tires or 4 winter tires with wheels.

If just wheels, I need winter tires in the size of 225/45/17

If you have winter tires+wheels make sure the bolt pattern is 5x100 and the size of the wheel is atleast 16 inches.
