Some may not know what you are talking about:
"The style of Bōsōzoku cars varies wildly but they will usually have bright paint, radical body kits and preposterous exhausts."

And some may not know how to read:

I was merely explaining what it was. I could see the cops having a field day with this mod.

That's so you can use your CB to beg truckers not to run you off the road.

Also, maybe it's just the season but that picture reminds me of this:

I'm tellin' ya...it's just a Japanese Rat Rod. It's amusing to see just what the Japanese did with their own cheap 4-banger cars. Tuners are more or less "glamorous", but these are amusing in a batmobile/hot wheels sort of way. I like how the term "anti-social" keeps popping up in bosozoku articles.

It's Japanese subculture that's all their own. Americans did this sort of thing to their cars from post wwII until now. You can't tell me they aren't in some way mimicking the weird stuff Americans did from 1940-1960 to their cars? Even today, rich white folks are somehow being pitched this stuff as "cool".

People really will put anything on a car. Americans have been doing this **** since the 40s.
