Has anyone done a comparison between the "professional" flaps like DRT and RallyArmor and the "homemade" flaps using other flap materials? I wanna put some on, but would like to do it in the most economical (read cheapest) way possible but don't want raggidy, busted flaps after just few cycles.

I've had my Flapatax on for the last 6 months(ish) and I'm very happy with them. Especially for the price.

Hey guys. Does anyone know if the DRT mudflaps stick out as much as the RA flaps? I used to have RA flaps, but never really liked how much they stuck out. I was thinking about modifiying the holes in the RA flaps to move them towards the center of the car, has anyone done this?
Thanks in advance.

Wow, you're driving around with $460 mud flaps. That's crazy.

DRT offers more coverage in every dimension..same material as RA UR, lower cost, laser etched logo that wont fade like the RA.

Thanks for the side by side pics.

DRT's are definitely bigger. Have people found the RA's to be lacking in coverage? Mine have been great, keep all the crud off my car. Wouldn't want bigger, but I don't do any serious off-roading.

I see DRT's for $159, and RA's for $159.99. Can the DRT's be had for less?

Anyone know what thickness and durometer the RA Urethane flaps are? I'd like to possibly use some of that material for a different application (not car related).

My Rally Armors, after 2 years are all bent and wavey, and also fading, time to buy some new ones DRT's look very nice but for $120+ for mudflaps seems a little steep.
