STI exhaust on stock bugeye?

Was wondering if you guy's knew if a stock "07" cat back STI exhaust will fit up to a stock "02" catback with a new doughnut? I'm not looking for power gains or sound, really just want to be "stock" again after my trans swap and I don't like my twin tip from the bugeye. I have a brand new STI cat back and like the look better but know it's a bit bigger in diameter. I want to get any of my concerns out of the way before I have it on the lift and run into problems with this. Thanks!
