dude,
i have to get a video up... maybe i will do that this weekend. any ways, on a scale of 1 to 10, i dunno... i mean, its loud but not annoyingly loud. it is a lil drowny but only at low rpm. and even then its a nice sound to me. but when i start to accelerate it sounds amazing. the hairs on the back of my neck stand up and get all goose bumpy! i highly recommend this set up tp anyone!

Not loud at all the SPT is about the most quiet exhaust you can get. if you use the cobb dp and the spt exhaust you will see around 235-240 at the wheels you lose a few hp due to the 3" to 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 back to 3" but it is still a nice tune. The catted cobb dp still gives a lil smell but its not bad. My car has approx 292 at crank and 294 torque with that set up per dyno at HB Speed

so on youtube i am finding that stock 09 wrx are putting down right around 229-230hp at the wheels... with my stage 2 set up and SPT cat back, i cant imagine all i gained is 5 hp at the wheels... does anyone has a dyno sheet with similar mods? cause i will tell you it feels more like 260-70 at the wheels right now..

wooh wooh!!!!!

Subaru Stars

the spt is no where near the quietest exhaust. I've had it and many others. But they do sound very nice. They have a deep tone to them but drone a little

It's Subaru BOXER sound, not BOXSTER sound. Boxer refers to the type of engine that Subaru uses. C'mon, and you call yourself a car enthusiast? ;P

thanks... the only weird part is that i have noticed that its gotten quieter. i guess the cat must be starting to get worn in cause its for sure not as loud as it was the first week i had it on. thats not a bad thing when you are trying to live with it on a daily basis but funny how i kinda liked it louder. ah well.

Yeah, I have the SPT on my 2010 and it sounds a little louder than yours. I think the downpipe quieted you a little.

Either way, good tone. I myself don't want the attention of the police. My cars does that enough!!!
