Default Winter setup wheel for less than 300/wheel

So I am looking for a winter wheel and tire setup for under 300/wheel for my 2009 WRX. So I think I've decided the tire from all the posts but I can't figure out a set of rims. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Anyway, to answer the question, try to buy some used OEM rims from your local forum. Sometimes you can even find a set with decent tires already on them.

You mean this faq and all the links in it? A good part of this information is outdated from way back in 2002. I just got the car and I'm reading as much as I can so I don't know which wheels from previous cars fits onto the 08+

But thanks Mike for your answer I'll probably consider doing something like that.

You could have looked down 10 or so threads and bumped it.
