Thanks for the compliments...it really is fun to drive...not only supprising others, but myself included. The torque sure feels like 360..
Vinny, I totally agree with you on the tire..I am in the market for a 18x8.5, wrapping with a 245 tire. |

Bumping this for a Tranny question. Nice numbers by the way
![]() You stated you are on the stock TC. Do you have any other trans. mods? VB, cooler or otherwise? I've got a 4EAT also and am trying to find out how much is too much for the AT. Looking into a 16g. |

I have a stock tranny, b&m transmission cooler, A/T oil temp gauge, tranny bushing insert, and Motul Dex 3 fluid. I doubt it...Most the pulls were let off once redlined, similar to the video clip. Last edited by preacher#1; 12-17-2009 at 11:20 PM. Reason: left some info out |

I think the 4eats in the WRXs are decieving. My cousin has an 03 with a rotated 30r on it and his tranny is still doing fine no modifications done to it what so ever and he does beat on it.

He used "D" on my last tune...I am guessing same on this tune, as 3rd won't get you there.
I have little familiarity w/ the 5eat...I do know that the 04-05 FXT had the 4.44 gearing. Oh..and that no one wants to, or has experience working on them locally. ![]() |

I'm still stock tranny too with Amsoil, a monster trans cooler. I'm not familiar with the tranny bushing insert? Do you happen to have a link to that? |
