Default Now with more Rota Gold!!! 17x9 Rota DPT Content

Here's my car before I installed the new rims. I drive atleast 400 miles every week and I don't want to further damage my rims. My summer rim/tire combo is 18x8.5 +45 Works XSA 02C with 235 45 18 Bridgestone Potenza RE01R

Here's the replacement.... (The day the rims were installed) 17x9 +42 Rota DPTs with 255 40 17 Falken Ziex 912

Some pics I took today. The car is a bit dirty but oh well...

I would love to thank Dan (sube_dude/wheeldude.com) for an excellent, hassle free customer service and quick shipping. I'm no pro on taking pics so please pardon my crappy photo shooting skills...

Risers and spats are staying. It's been like that for years and I love the way it looks.

With my weekly commute, I really can't afford to drop it more. I'm really satisfied with the way it looks. I might change the suspension when it becomes my garage queen.

Thanks for liking the risers. It's a rare item and a lot of people has mix feelings about it. For the wheel gap, well, its going to be like that for a long time.

Looks good. Just never felt anthing good about the risers. I think painting them rather than CF really helps the look though.

I would love to get the real version but maitaining an expensive rim is a pain in the ass specially I drive 400 miles a week. Learned it the hard way with my Works. Had some minor curbage and 2 of the valve stems are damage because the dude that installed the new tires jacked them up. New valve stems for the Works are $12 a piece. I'm thinking of stripping the clear coat on the lip and the gold paint on the Works and polish it.

Just leave it alone and get some descent lowering springs. Also, did you buy the downpipe that you mentioned to me a couple of days ago??

I hated the replica/carbon fiber piece because they look retarded. Atleast the JDM wing risers looks descent and they are very rare among the Subarus.

It looks fine how it is, I don't see why everything has to be slammed in order to look good.
