Default Upgrading to Turbo-back Exhaust, questions plz help

Hey guys,

I'm looking to get an agency-power dual tip exhaust, with downpipe. My question is... do "turbo-back exhausts" generally come with a cat converter already? Or would I have to buy an aftermarket cat converter separate.... i heard having aftermarket downpipe and exhaust isn't good with a stock cat converter in between em... because of the bottle neck effect... anyone know?

It has to be stated whether the Downpipe is catted or catless.

If it is catted it is likely a high flow cat for 300-400hp. If it's catless, well no cat and putting one in will be a pain and probably cost more than doing it right.

Either way, with a TBE you'll also need a new tune to make sure the engine runs well and to gain the power.
