Default 2009 WRX clutch problems

Sup guys

I have a 2009 subaru WRX Hatch. For the past 4 months my clutch has been making a crazy squeaking noise every time I push and let go of the clutch. Its been SUPER stiff and I eventually got used to it. But when my friends would drive it they would say that its not normal and so on. Today I was able to start my car no problem but the clutch wont let me go into gear and stays at the bottom until I force it up myself. My car has 80k on it. I have read on multiple sites that some people have been having issues with their clutches but none seem to really match up with my clutch issues. PLEASE if anyone can help me out let me know.

Thanks in advance!

Sounds like a bad throwout bearing, possibly shot welds on the firewall too.

Thats exactly what ive been hearing. I was able to pull about the cowl and the wiper motor and try and look. what ive notice is when i push down on my clutch the Master cylinder leaks out fluid. I ordered a new master cylinder and plan on trying to reinforce those welds. hopefully this does the trick
