Default Tuners in/near madison for subaru hybrid. Anyone tune with opensource stuff?

I pretty well have myself convinced that a hybrid engine swap is for me and want to keep it conservative. I know I will have to have someone dial this thing in for me properly and wondered who in the area was good and what they used? Should I buy a tactrix cable? or something else?

I am familiar with tuning, and have what is basically a standalone in my 240sx but am unfamiliar with the method of choice for the locals in WI.

Thanks guys.

Evan
