An RS body went 10.8 on c16.

An 04 STi driven by Roly from PR went 10.6 on c16 with drag suspension and drag radials.

BUILTSTI probably has the most impressive powerband out of a red. DOnt be surprised if you start seeing low 11's out of his red'd sti............on 93 pump!

This guy(Ben) is a Colorado local who ran 11.25 @ 123.6 mph, 1.51 60ft @ Bandimere(5860ft above sealevel)

I want to say he was using e85, but it may have been with his old pump/meth setup. Maybe Ben will chime in.

I would think that would be a 10.7 at sealevel...

here is the link to that run....

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...ht=fpred+turbo

i talked to fp the other day, and for those of you that have the red or thinking about getting one this may interest you. fp is upgrading the red and green. they didn't give me any specs but you now will be able to get a bigger exhaust houseing and a few other small changes (hta red maybe?).

I believe it to be the FP Black?!?

From what I have heard the best way to describe it is an FP red, billet/hta, and a 10cm^2.

Ill have to buy it. The turbo should be bannanas

10cm^2 FP Red would be nuts! I'll put that on the list to consider, those XT-R Blouch turbos have been on my mind lately

10cm that would be just about equal to the 35r .82...that will be insane...i will have to try it as well. i was told release was going to be early spring..

wonder what the spool will be compared to the red? with bb i would say it shouldn't change much...

Haven't seen anything crazy with the Blouch turbos yet... other than that back housing they make

They seem like a cool company

If someone sent THESHOPCT one of those Blouch turbos *hint* *hint* we could put it on my car to compare it to the old FP Red and New FP Red..

+1

This would be worth while for Blouch to do marketing wise. Good shop, good car, good motor, great driver. Instead of seeing graphs upon graphs, ACTUAL track results would show the new turbo's to be worth, or not worth the cost.

Hi guys,

Sorry to chime in here late. This would be me. I have a black 06' STI with the factory BBS wheel painted and clearcoated white.

After putting an AEM EMS in I recently ran back-to-back 10.9s @ 125mph on my FP RED (At altitude) using E-85 gas.

Now that is impressive, FP Red has been on my radar for along time. Now if I could find a deal on a used one. What injectors are you using? Stock fuel rails?

I had a 450whp+ solid powerband.

Car made 500 and fell off to 450whp.

This was all done with a cheap motor, drop in pistons.

I have ported heads and cosworth cams and GT-Spec headers which seems to be the magic of the powerband.

This is one of my better dynosheets, this is when it was nice and cold out side.

Best stock location turbo, if you can find one!

You really never mind your own business.

Always have something to say, most of the time nothing positive and just being a pain in the ass.

My motor is out of the car becase I sold my entire setup to go bigger..
See not everyone here is content with running 30lbs of boost and doing one airboy at a time - some people drive, race and have something to prove, hence "Proven Power Bragging".

If I sound a little cranky I'm sorry been on the Dyno all day with STi Mikey @ THE SHOP CT making some power bro
