Running 215/45 R17 Yokohama ADVAN S.4. Tires on my 2006 WRX Anyone run those before

Im running 215/45 R17 Yokohama ADVAN S.4. tires on my 2006 WRX and I personally think they run great. The handling is great. Making tight turns is great. I can take curves at high speeds just as well if not better than with the stock bridgestone potenza re92's. The ride on the road is smoother than with the stock bridgestones and not as noisy as it is with the stock bridgestones. Cheaper than the stock bridgestones. Personally I think its a great pick if you need all season tires to replace your stock bridgestone potenza re 92 all seasons on your WRX. You don't need to spend 250 dollars each tire for bridgestones. I paid 152 dollars each tire for the Yokohama ADVAN S.4's and they run just as good if not better than the stock bridgestones. If anyone else has had an experience with this tire. Post and let me know what you thought. I think these were great. When I first put them on I thought they werent good but i think i just had to break em in cause after a few days they ran perfect. Great tire. Tell me what you think?

I think your entire comparison is based on 2 tires which is grossly insufficient to actually recommend something to someone. Also, I think comparing anything to the RE92, especially on performance per $ is silly. It's a crap tire and everyone knows it. Beating an RE92 in a tire competition is like beating a quadriplegic in a sprint. It doesn't really mean you're any good.

Do I think the S.4 is a bad tire? No. Would I buy it? No.
