Picked her up from tuning on thursday and man does this thing pull up top and feel super smooth. Big shout out to Dom and the guys at turn in concepts, great guys who know what they are doing!

Numbers
Dyno: Turn in concepts heart breaker
Tuner: Dom
Stock Car WHP: around 220whp
Wheel HP: 464 on e85 @ 27psi, 385whp @ 23 Psi on 93, had a boost spike because a hose blew off and she put down 522 @32psi
Wheel TQ: 440ish @ 27psi on e85, 360ish @ 23psi on 93
Ambient Temp: around 65
Elevation: 450ft

The crazy thing is when I opened this post I expected to see the 500whp. It did at 32 psi.
Either way. Good gains.

Yea turn in concepts Dyno reads about 10 percent lower then most. It is a heartbreaker. It is currently the highest whp subaru they have tuned at their shop

Ah, explains a lot. So this is a 500whp dynojet car. Lol. Got it. I was interested in this turbo with some head work though.

good number but waiting till 5k for decent power then shifting at 7k?? doesnt sound like a fun power band at all

It really isn't as bad as it looks. The car is super smooth throughout thanks to the tune and since the sti has closer ratio gears it isn't all that bad once you get going. Im actually a fan of the power band, there when you need it and tame when you don't.

It's a highway car. lag for the first time you want to get in boost and then always in power band on every shift. I can promise you that. It was built to be a highway car, not an city car.

Did you use the collar that keeps the pump straight? It's an EXTREMELY tight fight, but it will go back together if you've trimmed the housing enough. Some people also started using the low profile pump socks which seem to work well.
