Default '06 WRX Stage 2 Protuned at Innovative Tuning

Hello all,
I got my car stock September of last year.

First I put A/P on it with just the COBB stage 1 tune on 91 Octane.
At Neetronics dyno day (Dynojet dynometer) it did:
200whp/263whp
(Reserved for dyno sheet when I get home)
Video of the pull

A while after I put the suspension and while later I did stage 2 which had:
Perrin cattless downpipe + heat wrap
Perrin dual tube (single tip) exhaust
Gimmick turbo inlet pipe
Gimmick after MAF pipe

Car felt great for a couple of days and then I hit over boost on the highway once in 4th gear. Quickly went to Innovative Tuning (low reading Mustang dyno) in Buffalo to fix the problem. The car would hit 21 PSI .
After a couple hours of dyno tune we thought we fixed the problem. Set the car to 18.5 PSI and it put down on 93 octane:
217whp/261wtq
(Reserved for dyno sheet when I get home)

On the way home I was on the highway and hit over boost again .

A week later I welded in Magnaflow highflow cat at the end of the Perrin down pipe, while we were there installed Perrin uppipe + heat wrap.
A week or so later installed STi top mount intercooler.

Second trip Innovative Tuning to get everything working good and the car felt great.

Dyno Info: Mustang AWD 500 SE

At the end it put down:
207whp/273wtq
http://innovativetuningdl.com/dyno/I...r06WRXMaps.jpghttp://www.nyspeed.com/forums/showth...t=72668&page=7

not bad but why not throw a 3 port bcs in the mix for little $ and make alot more power...esp TQ ...i know when i went from stg2 to ( i guess you could say stg 2.5 with the gmbcs ) it was a huge bump in power.

i got 05' tails too! aren't they so much better looking?!? what was subaru thinking....

I'm glad the cat took care of the boost creep and the intercooler made a big difference as well. This came out nicely in the end.

Here's some of the required info to help out:

That would only be necessary if the car wasn't making enough boost on the stock one, or wasn't controlling boost well. It's making the boost we wanted as is.

Boost was ~18 psi peak on the street/strip map tapering to 10-11 psi.
