Strange WRX Hybrid Noise, not ticking or knocking.

I just noticed this strange noise coming from somewhere around the belts and around the Crank Pulley. Its not a ticking noise, but more of a whining kind of noise. like its rubbing against something (sssshhhhhhhh). It kinda sounds like when a ball bearing goes out on a fan. Its been really cold here lately (0 deg) and don't know if that may be the cause if it. If you know what this may be please let me know. I cant get to a mechanic until friday. Here's a video. remove belts one at a time, see if noise changes.

Well I found out its one of my Pulleys not sure which one yet. Does anyone know if its ok to drive it for at least one more day? I cant get to a mechanic until monday.

One of the idler pulleys for the timing belt are probably gone. My buddy had a whining that we swore was his AC compressor going out. Cut the AC belt and noise stayed. Pulled him timing cover out and out fell a few ball bearings. The idler pulley right beside the tensioner wore slap through the ball bearings.
