Default 05 WRX locking question

When I use my keyless entry to unlock or lock my car, my lights normally blink to let me know that the alarm is engaged/disengaged. Now the lights dont blink at all so unless I can see that the lights inside have turned off/on I have no idea if it worked.

I know you can turn on/off the "beep" noise but this is the first time I've noticed the lights dont blink anymore. Any idea how to fix it?

TIA

Steve

It may be your integrated module, there is a little black box under your steering column that controls a bunch of different features like the remote entry. There is not much information about this online though so you may want to call the dealer and find out. I've been trying to research this lately becuase i found out that it may also control the immobilizer for the 06+ subaru's.
