I don't know if we're going to be able to film it in one long take. Don't know a stretch of road long enough with three lanes, plus I highly doubt you can just stop on a highway and do it.

I think we'll do several runs.

Perhaps one on one.
WRX vs. VR6
VR6 vs. 1.8t
1.8t vs. WRX
-from standing starts

WRX vs. VR6 - reach given mph, downshift start

Then if they want, 1.8t vs. VR6, highway.

Camera guy goes in car with most power.

I'm pretty busy until Thursday. I get on i-Club when I'm on break doing my homework.

Just be careful. I saw a bunch of motorcycle cops out today. Find a really small person like MaXxBoOsT to be your camera guy.

And if you want empty out the car with the camera guy. Remove about 130 pounds worth, spare tire, jack, back seat, and anything else. or you could put 130 pounds in the other cars. Depends on how anal you want to be.

Well quit posting and get back to work, lol. But yeh I figured you would be busy, no biggie, school is pretty damn important.

And yeh Lee I will give you a call right around noon. I am trying to figure out exactlly how to run the vag-com for these tests (Weather weight matters, if you are sposed to do a fourth gear pull, etc.....).

But seriuosly, in racing I have noticed that people forget that Weight and gears are a big part. You don't have to have a lot of HP, Tourqe and V8 to be fast. You get the car light, with the right gears and put the right driver in it and the numbers will come

OK, we'll figuare it out

Ohhh yeh weight makes a Huge Differnce. That is why I am trying to figure out if weight matters on the HP run with the Vag-Com.

i'm not sure. It is reading for the computer, so I wouldn't think that weight would be a problem on the VAG-COM. But, i'm not sure

Yeh I just went out side and had a smoke, and rememberd that the numbers it gives you is to the crank, so Weight should have no bering, right?

Who's this guy? You're asking lots of personal questions for a Noob. At least introduce your self before you stick to us.

Tusin,

I got to look at your timeslips from Sunday, when you raced that stock RSX-S. If you could drop your 60' times by about .2, then you'd probably be able to get consistent mid-14's out of the car.

I was also pretty impressed by the stock RSX-S times! 14.9x @ 94, WOW! Nice driving Joe!

Well me and Blackknight just got done running some Logs on my Car. We did them all wrong tho, lol. And then when we found out how we are sposed to do it, his battery on his laptop died, and his AC adapter is jacked. I just need to go get a cheap laptop, lol.

Here is a what is called a Block 115 it is the Boost that the ECU is requesting against actull boost. It is still off, but at least gave me a idea.
