Default interior & exterior detailing

My wrx has road rash, the paint chips on the hood are getting bigger and my interior is very dirty from my pooch. Does anyone know of a) the cheapest place to get the interior looking new again in Denver, CO? and b) a body shop that can re-paint the bottom half of my entire car & maybe seal it with some sort of poly-ethylene so it doesn't get road rash again? Is that possible?

I'd try Nate Wade's body shop they have done a lot of cosmetic/re-painting for me and have always exceeded my expectations...
