Put the front lip on for now. Still waiting to get either a S204 or modify a v-limited to go under the prodrive lip. Once i get the other, ill paint both of them and mount them up.

^^^ sick...i have plans to do this. It would look sick if you did the koji mod, but baking the headlights and breaking the seals can be opening up a can of worms.

is the s204 still specific for the 06/07? Im looking at BaysonR's website and it just comes up with 06/07

http://www.baysonr.com/06_07_Subaru_...m0607-s204.htm

it looks like it still has the raised center like the vlimited ones

Yes the s204 lip is raised a lil in the middle but the v limited is raised and inch 1/2 more.

Some Ppl I guess mount the s204 lip with the raised part cut off, I said the hell with is and did it with the raised center.

I really cant even tell that its raised at all in your pics.

The 06/07 front ends are more rounded than bugeyes arnt they? How was it mounting the s204 to the prodrive lip?

Did it fight you at all while trying to secure it?

Hey 2soonjr86,

Just noticed you have the visible bolts imbedded into the front of the replica prodrive lip. When searching other prodrive lips, it seemed like theirs must have been secured from underneath. Did you feel it was necessary to go this route because securing it from underneath didn't seem stable enough?

No it was very easy, no cutting. I installed both lips then put them on the car.

I secured the lip in the front because I take my lip off when we get large snow falls.

I used double sided 3M tape along the front to hold the lip to the bumper, then a screw at each end. That thing isnt going anywhere

if you can't see it bulging down/out in the middle, then you are the one that needs their eyes checked.

to each their own.

Looks like what has to be done is cut the middle raised portion of the 06-07 lip so the two sit flat. Then bring the prodrive lip foward enough so theres no more gap in the middle and then trim the back edges of the limited so both line up accordingly
heres a lower view to see how they dont sit flat because of the raised 06-07 portion

s204 lip with out having to take the time and cut the middle part...

Also if you notice I didn't have to cut the sides... Again it's all about how you mount it.

How does that look like ****?

It's not worth my time to 3m it, like I said I take off my lip combo off in winter when we get large snow amounts... 14 inches of hard street and freeway snow does not mix well these lips. And there's no need to cut out the middle part. I used that part for more surface space to secure the lip better.

Oh and the moron that had the car before me had the grill sprayed silver. It looked stupid. So I sprayed it black. Having both the p-drive lip and the grill pro sprayed this summer.
