largest street gang? no. Street gang at all? no. Are the police corrupt in some respect? Yes. The only part of any government that is completely non-corrupt is the part that doesn't have any people involved.

I agree with the above statement. These types of films are meant to influence people that are weak minded and impressionable. Abuses happen, life sucks. But to make sweeping generalizations of police officers is irresponsible. What about the policemen who died on 9/11, are they gang members? I bet a half decent filmmaker could bring you to tears if a similar film was made to praise the tremendous things police officers do every day.

Wow, thats a hell of a film.
The lady who got taken to jail, and then stripped with men in the room is just blow away. Just imagine that being your wife, sister, mom, or so forth.

I agree with both sides of this story. Just think how many times you have seen the police make dangerous moves driving. Hell yesturday I had a HP pull out in front of me No blinker, no way of showing he was going to pull out into freeway traffic after sitting on the side with this lights on. Well good thing the STi has Brembo's stock, or I would have rear ended a HP car at 50MPH. Then the guy drives by me extra slow giving me a dirty look like I was in the wrong. I have meet some very nice cops, dont get me wrong. And I think that majority of them do the right thing, but some do think they are above the law.

To make sweeping allegations er I mean arrests of citizens at a park is illegal more than it is irresponsible

there is always more to the story though. It goes both ways. I thought it was strange how the lady who called 911 and was arrested never had her story told? I mean why was she all beaten up in the first place? Stuff like that makes a film like this lose credibility in my eyes.

Got the gist and got bored - and to think no one above the law....
Same as ever always a few ass holes to give the rest a bad rap, at least in the UK you can fight back and the law sides with the individual, which some times actually sucks for the Police.

stupid video by a bunch of hippie commie dirtbags

But in all seriousness, when normal people are given power there is a tendency to abuse it. This however is not the norm and people with "**** the police" attitudes are likely intellectual lightweights choosing not to think for themselves.

not many cops are like this. but the ones that are shouldnt be allowed to keep their badges.

but everyone should realize that this is portraying just the bad things, not the bad ones. the ratio is like 1/10000 incidents

I like the part when I kid falls from an overpass, breaks his back, heal and other parts and the cops taze him to get him under control. The F'n kid has a broken back. If a cop can't control a practically crippled kid he should quit the force.LOL

That burring one was horrible.

Rights as a citizen are a great thing but when ever you deal with a cop or even a person with authority YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS. They make the laws. How you portray the events means nothing.

Actually, the legislative branch makes the laws. Police agencies are a part of the executive branch. They enforce the laws. The third branch -- the judicial branch -- interprets the laws.

Your rights as granted by the constitution don't disappear when you deal with a bad cop. They may be infringed, but they don't evaporate.

Have you ever been arrested? Ever been detained against your will? I've even been put under citizens arrest when I wasn't even breaking the law.

I have had situation shape my life. It almost feels like i'm not sitting in the same world as everyone else.

That's how this country works. Your rights don't disappear, the police officer is just infringing upon them. And because he is supposed to uphold the law which protects your rights, and he is violating it, you FEEL as thought your rights disappear.

what a thankless job, everyone hates you until they need you. But there are some bad apples out there, the worst ones I ever came across were women cops, holy hell, talk about a power trip.
