Default Yellow fog light help

Hey guys i got an 03 psm wrx and I really wanted yellow fogs so i found a yellow film that is supposed to be a yellow tint and made for vehicle specific too. I bought it from a place called Rvinyl.com i think and it was only 8 dollars so i figured wat the hell and it was like plastic, it would not work with arch of the foggs. It was really cheap and sucked and i ended up throwing them out after trying to make them work for quite a while.

Anyone have any suggestions of what to do? I really still wana do yellow fogs and I and willing to pay more for a better product.

thnx in advance

I did yellow fogs on my 03 psm bugeye. here is what it turned out to look like:

I just bought some paint from a local Michaels arts and crafts store for $10.
Did 2 layers of this yellow...thats it.

This is how I taped them off:

Hope this helps

I did the Rvinyl - yellow. You need to wet them and use a heat gun or blowdryer. Mine did not come out perfect but are good enough. If I was to do it over, I would pay a guy who knows about vinyl or paint them, so that they would be perfect. They look fine, but upclose I have one or two creases in the vinyl. No effect on performance with the light on they look great.

nokya is crap... i had yellow headlights and fogs.... one of both the headlights and fogs blew within 2 months of use...

i now have piaa yellow headlights and fogs (i think they are called plasma ion) on my car and they have been on for nearly a year with zero issues, they work great in heavy snow and rain.

the hoen suggestion is also great. i had them on my mkv gti and loved them. they just didnt offer the yellow's in either my headlight or fog size on my fxt. I just wanted the headlights and fogs to match.

Agreed!

I used to have the Piaa Yellow bulbs. They worked well for two years until one finally went out. Now I have switched the Candle Power Inc ones and they blow the Piaas out of the water. Love them.
