well i got everything in.. and it runs... EXCEPT it takes like 5 mins to start every time. it cranks strong but i think it has to do something with my fuel pressure regulator. or a vacuum hose. when i took my intake manifold off i lost the hose that goes on my FPR and now my car wont start like it should.
and also if someone can help me with my water temp gauge that would help too... cuz that does not work..and i dont want to drive without that, because i ran my car for about 30 mins idle and the fans didnt turn on... i have a koyo rad. i used to have this swap in another car, but someone hit me... so im swapping it again, same everything. so i thought my wiring would work. anyways please give me some insight ... btw stock ecu

Sounds like a coolant temp sensor to me, and if you've fuxored up the wiring for the coolant gauge your problem cuold lie there.
