Default Attention all 2.5i owners!

If you haven't upgraded sway bars yet, do it now! Holy crap what a difference. The car should really come from the factory this way. A little background: I have been driving lifted and heavily modified Jeeps for years and when going around corners you expect MASSIVE body roll. This is my first "car" and it is a real treat to experience the handling of this little beast. I know it's not a WRX or an STI but it's still a massive change for me. I added an upgraded front sway and a rear, didn't realize that there wasn't one. night and day difference in handling. Like I said, I'm used to offroading with NO swaybars and having the body rolling all over the place. This is fun, just in a different way. Seems like a really cost effective mod.

I thought I was over modding vehicles when I bought this car but I was wrong!

I did the RalliTek kit that comes with both bars and rear links. I bought their HD front links but they are on back order till Dec 30. Wheels and tires with X-Mas $$ is next. Crap, I knew this would happen again. It seems that you are never really done modding a Subie, just like a Jeep.

How difficult was swapping the stock front sway bar with the rallitek one? You have to take that plastic crap off first, but is there anything else I need to know?

It's pretty straightforward. RalliTek sends instructions if you need them but once under the car you should be able to easily see everything that needs to be removed. It took about 20 minutes to do the front and rear together. I'm no expert mechanic but this was easy. Take your time and you won't have any issues.
