I think it would have caused some fitment issues and would of had to do some grinding.

you should do a reverse manifold since you use it for track and dont use a/c

I am just going to have him tune it to 22 pounds and just set it there.I will have two walbros(check walbro thread) feeding my system.I think on 22 pounds my duty cycle won't be that high.

I think you can push more boost with those injectors on E85 (if that is what you are doing) If that's 91 you are talking about 22 is pretty huge
