Its a bright blue-ish color. I had to use up my last supply of tape before I moved, so I made it fashionable. Plus a few of my buddies got terrible cone damage to the front bumper. There's usually a few others who do designs with tape. One brand spanking new bmw m3 uses ceran wrap down the sides and front. Theres also one older ****box with a chalkboard paint on it. And that guy literally doodles graphics on there and random stuff like : Teabaggin ford v-tech fp10-04(?). Dude is random.
,
Ive got quite a few pictures from autocross. The few porsche cayman, cayenne, 911. The 1963 Candy Apple Corvette Stingray LS-7 with 355 tires, the dodge viper srt-10. The 93 rx-7 with a ls-1 engine, the mercedes with a 351. Plenty of subies and a mix of others.

I start working in McAllen this week on 10th street. Where do you guys meet on Thursdays?

Is this a Subaru style meet, mixed group of cars... what kind are we talking about here.

I will try to make it out. I get off of work at about 4-5 on Thursday and live about 25 miles away from 10th street. I will see what I can do.

How did it go last night?

I had planned on going, but worked til 5, drove 27 miles back home shower ate, and did some family things. By that time, it was already 10.

Is there any way to do it earlier in the evening perhaps 6 or 7? Or maybe do a photoshoot or cruise on a weekend?

went good, we stayed there till 1am I think. Cant do it earlier due to the some reasons...family time. By 10ish everyone gets free from "duties", but we might be able to meet up on a weekend and take you "rallying" in Sullivan.

When we did meets up in NC, we normally brought family along. We often went out in groups to dinner and had cookouts or garage days also as family. It made things fun. My only opposition is living quite a distance from McAllen. I will try to make it out this thursday. What other Subies were out there?

Im sure you will see some around McAllen and Edingburg way, since most take them to/ from Bert Ogden. The majority I spotted were of an older generation of folks not really into the mod scene.

Im out and about McAllen on weekdays. Im suprised no one hasnt seen me yet.

Lets see how it goes with our little hurricane though...

It
I happen to work at a lumber department, and worked close to 13 1/2 hours loading plywood, sand, cement, blocks, and generators. Lazy ass people didnt get it sooner. Then no one really helps with loading. They watch. What a burden. Makes me want to jaw jack people.

But good luck to all.

I seen a 08+ Forester XT on the corner of 10th and Dove today. Was that any of yours?

Been loading alot of stuff for customers these past few days. I hope everyone is holding up good. Glad I decided an awd subie. I seen way to many cars in the ditch or flooded there cars on the way home. I hyrdoplaned pretty bad today. Luckily no one was in the oncoming lane.
