Default Strange electrical problem

I recently had a sudden loss of electrical power in my '90 Legacy wagon a/t. The car will still start and drive, however the power windows, sunroof, tach, fan, power seatbelts, gas guage do not function any more; quite disconcerting in 90 degree weather! Aside from the normal fuse checks would anyone know where else to look for the problem? p.s. I did bypass the ingition switch to see, but to no avail.

here's an off the wall first stab for ya....if all the fuses check out, and they are all located in the same area.....then ya might wanna double check the connection of the wire harness leading into all the fuse holder, probably on the back.....other then that.....it's tuff trouble shooting electrical problem, esp. over the internet, hehe
