Default To replace or to repair?

Well, i f***d up my bumper the other night. I was wondering what you guys think i should do? To replace it or to repair it? If it could be repaired, who's the best for the job? Thanks in advance!

did this on the STI. It never looked right again, sorry man this is a tough one. I would replace it and try to match the paint as much as possible. Save all old clips and try to make it look like the original.

I was pulling out of the gas station and the dip was not that bad, but my dumb a$$ was in a hurry and didn't angle that much and BAM! I even ran over my fog light cover. I'll just stitch it with zip ties for now and fix it when the snow stops.
