Default Cruise Control Flashing

My cruise control light flashes after i "play" in a snowy parking lot. Normally this would be accompanied by a cel, but there is no cel in my case. Can anyone help me?

I have seen mine do this before and this is what I got out of it....
A.a pending CEL
B. too much loss of traction so it won't let you engage the cruise control

That used to happen in my moms legacy when I would do donuts in it. Reset the battery and should be all good. Usually goes away after a while too

I acutaly had a blinking cruse light the other morning Ken Blocking to work in the snow with the cruse on. Turned off car and light went away. I think mine had something to do with skidding with the cruse on.
