Default Stames' STi part... I can't remember anymore

I know some of you are following the process and would like to know updates, so here is where I am at.

We have checked, re-checked, tested and re-tested everything in front and after the motor and have had the same outcome. So I have hired a Car Hauler for $650 to transport my car to the engine builder in St. Louis, Illinois. I sent the car off today.

The Engine builder said that He will find whatever the problem is on his dime. He said he will fix it and then it will get tuned by Jorge at P&L Motorsports. I will then fly out and take it for the 20 hr drive home.

I must say that I am glad the next time I see the car I will be able to rip into it without worries.

To be honest, I am getting very exhausted from the whole ordeal. It is very much a love hate situation. I hate, absolutely hate the car! Then I get in it and the smells/sights/sounds and I fall back in love.

I am very much looking forward to picking it up, but the drive will suck on the way back. Brody, are you really coming with me!?

funny, I was going to say stick with the stock turbo, go external wastegate, corn juice it, do an 3 port EBCS as well as a Manual Boost controller and a bunch of other little things. I guess he'll just have to go big

Stames, good to hear that the car will finally be up and running. I know it's been a rough time for a while, I'm excited that you finally won't have to deal with anymore BS.

Well the car is in Illinois. I talked to Ron and he said that things so far are looking positive. He thinks that there might be an electrical problem, so they are checking that first.

We'll see what happens.
