Default Moving to Denver

Hey all I will be moving to Denver in May and had a few questions about modded cars, and also smog checks. I am worried I have a 04 WRX modded full exhaust no cats evo316g and all supporting mods, how stringent is the emissions tests, and how do the cops treat modded subies who aren't driving like jack asses. I ask cause in cali they hammer you for mods and could tell you that your car isn't street legal and I have never had to do emissions here in a small town So. Oregon. If I have to get a high flow cat that's fine as long as i can still pass, anyway that's about my only concerns of moving there so if you all could ease my fears or tell me about what to expect i would appreciate it.

Cops don't really hassle you about mods, but you will need cats to register your car here. Emissions tests are required every 2 years.

He would need a physical address in CO Springs. They won't register to a PO Box any more for that reason. Also, enjoy your no emissions while it lasts because the rest of the front range will soon have the same requirements as Denver-metro area.
