I'm presently checking out the new albums released this week by Eric Clapton (very good blues based album), SEAL and Robert Plant.

New additions to the database.

Also picked up "A thousand suns" by Linkin Park before my latest trip. Excellent evolution for that band.

the new LP is definitely like sugar free ice cream.

it's still the same, but is just isn't the same as the regular.

Have you actually listened to the whole thing?

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but how a critic can think this is a tame song (compared to their original Hybrid Theory) is beyond me.

THE SATCH!

Excellent guitarist. His Flying Through A Blue Dream was excellent. Surfing with the Alien was good also. Haven't heard much after that sadly.

Wow,

you are really missing out.

"Joe Satriani" (self titled album), "Crystal Planet" and "Engines of Creation" are all big evolutions from those earlier albums you mentioned. Each of those titles in quotes are entire albums several years apart.

His work with Chickenfoot (Joe Satriani, Sammy Hagar, Michael Anthony and Chad Smith) last year was also excellent.

Check this out from the new Album:

I did listen to some of chickenfoot. Couldn't really handle the Hagar aspect. Like nails on a chalk board to me.

This car is pretty clean looking. not very practical. I wouldn't dare drop a car that low in this state though.

Got to see one of my musical idols last night out at Vagabond Blues in Palmer after the ice racing on Big Lake. He is so talented. 12 string & 6 string guitars, Banjo, can play with the slide too, Harmonica and amazing vocals…just DYNAMITE.

Nothing like seeing a consummate professional artist at a small venue (where you can see his fingers picking) and getting to meet them afterwards. On cloud nine and will have his CD's in my player for weeks to come!
