backpage.com might. As soon as the mods wake up, all these posts might get deleted. You're not trying to buy what is legally considered a firearm, but it's at their discretion.

You can get an upper from Bravo Company for the same price that will be a better upper. Hell complete Colt 6920 uppers can be had for a little over 600.

I have mine on a H&K so I had to use a GG&G rail to fit my system.

Really? That's quite interesting. I never been there but I did see the construction drawings and it seemed like a really nice building. Maybe they shot themselves in the foot.

Odd.

Just thought I would share my experience

This year I decided that I would get my first gun. After talking to a few people and shooting a couple different guns, I decided that I would get a Walther P22. I chose the P22 because it's something that I felt myself, my wife and my son could all learn with.

My wife has always been afraid of guns, but she agreed to go out to the range and give it a try. I think she did OK. All the body shots are from about 10 yards, the head shots were about 15 yards.

After she realized it was fun, she let my son go with me. He was very nervous but did awesome. All his shots are from about 3 yards. (The shots that aren't in the target were shots that I fired after the gun failed to feed.)

Last week we took a trip back to Colorado to visit with some friends and family. My brother is and always has been a gun fanatic. He is S.W.A.T. for one of the county sheriff's office's in CO. He has quite a few different guns. While we up there, we decided to take a trip up to the mountains with his son and my son. He took several of his toys with him. These are all the guns I shot that day.

He also brought a 1022 and a .22 pistol that my son shot.

My favorite to shoot was his duty weapon, the M16. If you look close enough, you can see some shells being ejected. He told me that in training, they are required to shoot a 3 round burst then a single shot on full auto. He could do it like it was nothing, I couldn't do it to save my life. I managed to get down to a 2 round burst.

Here is a picture of my son shooting his favorite of the day, the AR15.

I felt like I couldn't hit anything with any of his handguns (9mm, 2 .45's and his .38) but when I put my P22 back in hands after I shot all those, I was right on point.

Haha.. Spend all day shooting the .50 then pull out the AR and I feel like I am shooting a BB gun.

I got to shoot a couple real deal SCARs a couple weeks back. One of the officers I know is a class III dealer and had some military/LEO only sample guns. The videos are not of me but they are the guns I shot.

Warning there is some swearing in the videos.

First if a SCAR-17 with a 13.8 inch barrel. The 17 is a battle rifle and shoots the 7.62Nato/.308 round.

Second is a SCAR-16 CQB model with a 10.3 inch barrel. Shoots the 5.56 round.

I would love a SCAR-17, wish the prices weren't so high on them though.

Shooting one full-auto...mmm

Anyone in here know of a diagnostic test (and hopefully a fix) to find out why my AR-15 will shoot great with all sorts of rounds but when I tried steel casing rounds I get a 100% consistent failure to feed after I fire the first round? The bolt goes all the way forward and leaves the next round in the mag. It essentially turned my AR into a bolt action rifle. Switching back to brass made the problem disappear.

A) What ammunition were you using? All steel cased ammo is not the same.

B) What rifle are you shooting?

C) What mags are you using?

D) Do you know what buffer weight you have in the gun?

It sounds to me like you were shooting really crap ammo, like Tula. The really low end stuff is known to be very underpowered and inconsistant. If you want cheap ammo buy Wolf. Its dirty but pretty consistant and decently powered.

A: Yep, it's Tul
B: Colt upper receiver with an AZ Tactics lower
C: Magpul Pmag
D: Nope

We took the mag out and put it in a bushmaster and it cycled fine.
