turbo timer (help)

so ya i changed my heater core and i put everything back together and now my car will not turn over but everything elts works so i dont know what to do......and i had a turbo timer hooked up and when i took it apart i forgot to un hook it so now i dont know were to hook it up....and i know you dont NEED one but i would like to have it hooked up so any help guys??

what happens when you try to crank it? does it even sound like its trying to start? does it just click? or does it not do anything?

it doesn't crank or click.

ya everything works inside like clock lights cd player and the battery is charged so i think it has something to do the turbo timer i think who ever put in the turbo timer did something with the ignition so any ideas?? sorry this is 92lssleeper i am on my friends

Do you have an alarm on the car that could have disabled starting it while you were working under the dash?

nope no alarm hummm i think i am just going to take everything out and start all over but i dont know yet.
