Default Any problems Cobb stg 2 stealthback?

I have an 07 wrx that's going stage 2 this weekend. Running a Cobb catless downpipe into a stock catback. I'll be changing out the vacuum line with the restrictor pill to avoid boost creep/spike. I'm just curious if anyone is running the same setup and what issues if any you guys are having.
My old 02 wrx was stage 2 but I as I'm learning, the 2.5 motor is a whole new animal.

unless you are installing a aftermarket boost solinoid or a MBC, leave the restrictor pill alone.

Direct from cobbs website... It says to change the pill because 06-07 wrxs don't like being catless. They supply the new recomended vacuum line free of charge. It's supposed to stop the boost creep. Something to do with my motor using a smaller restrictor pill and the boost control system being mechanically over run.

here is your map notes..

http://www.accessecu.com/accessport/...3%20MTv103.pdf

it dont state to remove your restrictor pill. and i would follow what it says on the map your going to be using. also cobb states that you should try it with the restrictor in place first to make sure that it will work and if not to remove it.

From what I understood, Cobb was saying if you are using a free flowing exhaust, to replace the restrictor pill with the larger diameter one they provide.

To save everyone time, here's what i did and my current setup.
I'm used cobbs catless downpipe mated to the stock wrx midpipe with resonator and muffler. Replaced the vacuum line with the new one Cobb sent me. Took it for a ride and was only hitting about 8lbs of boost after the stage 2 reflash.
I then took out cobbs vacuum line and put the stock one back in. Boost was immediately better. Running strong at 15.3lbs and peaking at 17 or so.
The car feels great now and I hardly have any increased noise over stock. Just a nice low burble and some noticable turbo spooling sound.
I haven't encountered any overboost yet but this could be because my exhaust isn't exactly free flowing. Possibly the added back pressure of the stock catback is preventing the overboost conditions Cobb is warning about

not really. as i am running 19 psi on my car now and will still hit target boost even if im running my stock catback. your not running enough power for any catback to be restrictive. at this point a aftermarket catback is more of a noise maker. the downpipe is the biggest restriction factor. if your not spiking now, you wont in the future and your boost control set up is working just fine.

I don't see how my downpipe is restrictive if it's a 3in catless. Either way things are running great and I'm really pleased with the stage 2 results. I might try to find an sti catback to replace my stocker
