There are few shops and or tuners in Arizona that I would allow to work on my car. My car was modified by dYNO-COMP in 2004 with a stage 4 APS Setup, and the car has run flawlessly to this day. Richard Garcia (Owner/Tuner) of dYNO-COMP has 15+ years experience in development and tuning. DC has been featured in magazines such as, Subiesport, Modified Magazine, D-Sport, Modified Luxury and Exotics and Sports Compact. I highly recommend dYNO-COMP to anyone who is looking to get the most out of their car. Iíve had the beast in a few other times to get things upgraded and have always had prompt and reliable work done. If you want serious performance from your car, you owe it to yourself to check out the guys at dYNO-COMP, located in Scottsdale Arizona. http://dyno-comp.com/about.php

Well.... Let me just add to this thread.... I've been lucky enough to have owned 3 highly modified STi's in the last 5 years....Two big turbo STi's and my now street PE1820 street DD 2007 STi... Richard and his crew have taken incredible care of me and all three of my cars this last 5 years... All of my cars were built and tuned at DynoComp.... The first, a 2005 STi had the "Viper Killer" package done to her, the second the "Ultimate" with the APS DR65 (GT35R) set up, and now my third "Caged Fury" PE 1820F.... All of my cars ran flawlessly, not to mention I have built a great relationship with Richard and his staff..... If you want to push your engine to the brink of disaster then Rich isnt the man for you... If you want a reliable street machine that wont fail on you but still give you that "GOD I LOVE MY CAR" then I suggest you bring your car to DynoComp! Anyone that has a question about this shop, PLEASE PM me and I can speak with you direct. Richard is a stand up guy and will stand behind his work...

Not true, he was a delivery driver for Chrysler before he got someone to fund the shop he has now. If you want to see what he has done in the past just take a look at his pos charger.

Of which he has done little to no work on these featured cars. Honestly it is not hard to get a car in a magazine.

If you are into hype and a carnival atmosphere then this is the place to be.

So I take it you yourself have not had any work done by DC. If so please share your experience.

I've only ever owned one suby, my 04 STi. I knew little about these cars when I first got it. After looking around the valley I took it DC for a tune and I have been going there ever since. I am a picky SOB but Rich, Ron, and the Matts have always done well by me. I would recommend them to anyone. The shop is clean and respectable, and the staff reliable. Since my first tune, they have helped me take transform my average suby, into quite a monster.

My thread can be found here: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=2101846

Cheers DC.

Just started a break in of my new Cosworth motor. After 500 miles so far so good. I have done many transactions with DYNOCOMP over the past 2 years and I am well taken care of. If I have any issues they set aside time to fix or make right. No complaints.

I recently drove to Scottsdale from El Paso. Dyno comp installed my Cosworth intake manifold and tuned my car in the same day. It was a tall order considering my manifold came with no hardware and they had to fabricate brackets and such for it. They had to totally redo the tune because the previous one was pure crap. This is the only place I'll ever take my sti to get work done from now on.

yeah it was and my ears were ringing when I got back haha

If you live in the southwest and want a great tuner, don't believe all the dumb hype you hear about Clark Turner. They treat you right at dc. Rich Garcia is the man.

Rich is great at what he does, stage 2 tune powerband dyno as smooth as can be! Big torque increase from his expertise. Going back soon for some new coilovers A+

I got tuned back in February. Rich did a great job and everything is much more stable than before. I had a problem with slower than expected spool after i got the car back. called up Rich, sent him back the map he gave me along with some datalogs and he sent me a new map within a few days. Fixed my problem and everything is good. worth the money. I'll be going back after my new turbo setup.

My dad and I both get our cars tuned by Dyno-comp. My dad has their stage 4 Viper-killer package at 550hp. And My car is just a Stage 2 tune with EWG. If we ever have issues, Dyno-comp is always there to straighten anything out. Rich is always willing to revise his maps if there ever is an over-boosting issue. I love their work and don't see myself going anywhere else.

Brought my 13 WRX to Dyno-Comp back in April for their stage 2 package. I have had a smile on my face ever since I picked up my car from them. I couldn't be happier with their work, and I look forward to visiting them for even more go fast parts.
Thanks Dyno-Comp!
