Question should i wait or buy now?

I was wondering if it would be good to buy an RS now or wait for the 2002 model to come out with turbo?

What made me buy the Impreza I have now, is from what the Impreza did in the rally races. For three years straight they won the rally races.

Now for this new style, they have yet to prove that they are competetive. If they are than I beleive the new Impreza is a decent buy if not than it's a toss up.

Just my .02

Earl

By the way, I love my Impreza, I wouldn't trade it for nothing, and I mean nothing!!!

Have a Nice Day?

I would defintely be interested in the new Impreza but of course I would have to keep my 98rs too!!! The new impreza looks very good with the WRC wing plus it is turbo charged so less work for you. Nonetheless, you still can't beat the 22B wide body along with the 15 piece body kit from Trial R.

if u got a car u may want to wait

if u catching the bus then now would be good.

i ll tell u what my pa' told me when i got my first car...

" can u make the payments?"
yes
"do you like it?"
yes
"how old are you now?"
21
"you are an adult rite?"
yes
"then you can do what ever you want, make up your own mind. You are an adult and you are goin to do what u r goin to do."

so sit in your thinking chair and make a decision like a man.

Cool

OK, wantaRS, I believe you got my e-mail, but seeing as you didn't reply I gather that you don't give a rat's ass what I think! So if you are willing to wait...and wait...and wait for a car that may be out of your budget by the time it gets to Honolulu, much less available as far as numbers of units sent to us, then wait for the WRX-it's worth it! If not, then buy the Subaru Neon now. Or if you really want a good deal, buy U-R-A-Bus' Suby, add a turbo and you got a killer ride for less $$$ than a new '01. My $.26

Cool wantaRS! Wow, paid off a '97! Hey, I know the new car "bug"...since 1995 I've owned a '95 Accord Coupe, '97 VW GTI, '98 VW Jetta VR6, '89 Jetta GLI (same time as GLX!), '00 Impreza RS, and now a '94 Miata! That's not even counting the 5 or 6 cars/trucks before '95! Easy to say just keep the Integra a few more years...up to you! Hey, come out to the SCCA autocross this Sunday...you can meet everybody and run your car if you like! It's a blast! Integras do pretty well out there! Then you can see Subys in action! Maybe if you are good, King Earl will take you for a little "ride"!

Wow...I was going to say something, but I'll keep it to myself.

Hey wantaRS...I used to drive a 94 Civic. One test drive in a RS changed my mind. I wasn't looking for a new car, and two weeks later after driving 2.5 DOHC's car at the track and the test drive, I owned one. You can't beat the way it feels...

You should come out on Sunday...talk to some of us and see if you like what you see. "King" Earl will not be there (or so he told me numerous times) because of a job he's doing. But, you still can ride around with some of the other Subie nuts!
