Post Poor man's oil change sticker

I'm sure other people have done this before, but I figured I'd post it anyway.

I'm not sure where you can get those cool little oil change stickers that the dealerships and quick lube places use. So I came up with a cheap alternative (not like they'd be expensive anyway).

Just cut out a square section of saran wrap. Stick the saran wrap on the inside of your window and write the mileage on there. It sticks really well.

Or next time you are at the dealer you could probably ask them for a stack. They would probably give them to you for free. Ask for 100, that should last you for more than the life of the car. hehe.

Yeah I could do that. But they are stingy and I doubt they would (Hunter). They are idiots. But I know of another dealership that probably would.....hey scooby south!

I've been doing this for a while and it works great.

Less visible, but you could also write it on the filter.

The only time I look at the filter is when I change the oil, so that wouldn't work for me. I've got to have it where I can just glance and see it.

Cool When to change

I change oil at 300KM then at 1000KM then at 5000KM then every 5000KM after that. It makes things easy to remember when you have five vehicles
