Anyways, to quiet the droning, I bought a Vibrant 3" resonator and had it welded in, along with having the axelback portion of the piping cut and pushed up and moved the muffler 2" back. This way, no more melting of the bumper and now the muffler piping is next to the rear diff, before it was hanging too low. I knew some fabrication was in order to fit the FXT. Overall, good exhaust for the $$. I love the highly polished SS too!
8 months and 10,000m later, exhaust is still in good shape. Good buy for the money, even after having it custom fabbed to fit the Forester.

just got through the first winter and I have some light rusting around the tip and a few other spots but looks completely surface only and shouldn't have any issues taking it off

^that joint sounded nutso.

Well JNA straight hooked it up! They were moving warehouses this week and still managed to ship my order the day after i placed it. AND THE DISCLAIMER ON THEIR SITE SAID THAT ALL ORDERS PUT IN THIS WEEK WOULDN'T SHIP TILL MONDAY. SCORE!!! They had told me they would ship it friday n to look for it monday but turns out it came in this morning. I took the 30min to rip off the old cat back n slap on the new one. Everything was included, bolted up perfectly and DANG, is it pretty. haaa, its a bit louder than i thought it would be, buuuut i didn't know what to expect. No cats, no resonators, of course its going to be loud. Anyway, i love it =D

Default jna catback and cobb catted dp

I know that cobb recommends using the factory donut style gasket w/ their downpipe. Has anyone mated their cobb dp w/ a JNA catback? What gasket setup was used. Are there any threads that may have the answer?

Thanks

Judging by the reviews and pictures thus is a great product. Can anybody tell me if this is quieter than an HKS hi power. I'm looking to get something more low key sounding than my HKS. Thanks in advance

I haven't read too much in this thread about how the system mates up to the stock midpipe. Any experience?

Did you use some kind of 2.5" to 3" adapter? Maybe double up on gaskets? I'm interested in this exhaust but I'm debating mating it to the stock midpipe.

Just installed my jna cbe with xl hangers yesterday. The fitment was good and it sounds awesome. I sold my cobb cbe for this one, in my opinion it sounds better than the cobb and it doesn't taper. Thanks jna for a dope exhaust!!

I just installed my JNA CBE today and it was awesome.. the fitment was great and everything went smooth. I also have a nameless catless dp on it. This exhaust sounds the best out of all the exhaust ive ever heard for subarus! Thanks to Justin for the awesome customer service! This exhaust kicks butt!

I just read this whole entire thread and I'm really thinking about to pull the trigger on getting this exhaust. One question if anyone knows, is there a big difference in cabin sound compared to a greddy exhaust witha invidia DP (I currently have one on my sti and the long drives at high speeds are killing my ears?).

Now if we can only work on free shipping

Anyone installed this on a wagon? If so I want to know how the sound is in the cabin. Any droning or weird resonance?
