Default SLC - Recommend a good Barber Shop?

Can anyone recommend a good barber shop in SLC? I'm from Boston and they just don't seem to know how to cut a man's hair out here. I'm used to paying 11 bucks for cut and straight edge razor neck shave. Looking for something traditional like that.

There has to be a barber in Park City. I know of 1 in Bountiful. I have never been there but it's on main street just north of the post office.

There's also Jim's Chop Shop by the Dick's Market in Centerville.

For an old school business like a barber shop, sure I'd go to the phone book. I'm assuming the OP already googled, because posting a thread to ask about it without searching first would just be silly.
