Default NKG 1 step colder plugs

I will be changing my plugs on my 2012 wrx soon and was wondering what plugs to get and which ones are better than stock. I'm am currently running stage 2 cobb tune. I'm new to turbo car scene please help a noob out

LFR7EIX I believe is what you are looking for

EDIT: and when I spoke with COBB on this subject they recommend 1 step colder plugs for anything 2.5L, stage 2 +

The rule that I've heard is once you put out an extra 100 HP (probably crank but could have been WHP, can't remember) over stock you should get 1 Step Colder plugs.
