Default We slammed the Dub

Last night, Tusin and I lowered the Dub. Luke, told me it would only lower the car about an inch. An inch my ass, it dropped almost two inches. It looks sweet. Need daytime pics. BTW, it took half an hour to do the rears and almost four hours to do the fronts.

Yeh dude I still dont know what to think about the damn springs. I mean it looks sick, but it was only sposed to lower it about a inch, lol. Me and a guy on the Vortex were talking about it tho. And the Wolfsburg's have a taller stance from the factory. So that could be why we say such a large drop. We will see. Have to find a place for a alignment tho now.

From my untrained perspective, it doesn't bounce like I thought it would. Kind of like some Hondas with lowering springs on stock struts. The ride feels much stiffer than before and it doesn't have any clearance issues. You're right it looks Siiiiiiiccccckkkkk!!!

Word G Yeh I thought it would be bouncy too, it does bounce a little over like speed bumps and what not, but that is exspected. I am sure if I didnt already have "sport susspesion" it would bounce all over the place.

Nice springs! A night and day difference when I saw your car.

The autotech site says it's a drop of 1.5, so maybe it's not too much of a shock after all.
