Unhappy New Car issues - ABS, Hill assist, traction control lights

So I just got a new 2010 WRX wagon. My mom and brother both have a Subaru but this is my first. I love the car. It has 200 miles on it. And I has already been in the shop. My ABS, Hill assist, and, traction control lights came on during my commute to work on Wednesday. I missed a half day of work and took it to the dealership. They said there was a loose wire somewhere and they made sure all the connectors were tightened. Today on my way home I was coming down a hill to a stop sign and the lights came on again. The lights will stay on until you turn the car off. Tomorrow morning I will be taking it to the dealership.
So I ask you guys, What do you think of the issue? What do you think it is? Have you seen this issue before? Pic of my dash is included

Just got back from the Subaru Dealership. They said the problem was a bad break petal sensor. Apparently I been driving around with my break lights on. Well I got my car back ^_^ Hopefully that fixes the issue.
Can't wait for my commute tomorrow.

This was the same problem that I had on my 2009 Sedan. Although my brake lights did not stay on.

is the brake pedal sensor the only thing that can cause these lights to come on?
