Default Is ABS an OBDII readible parameter?

I want to know when the car activates ABS.

I know that ABS goes active well before you can hear the "brakes pulsing" and in many cases you can't even hear/feel the pulsing due to road noise and other vibrations.

Is ABS active a "live data-able" thing via OBDII such that AP2 could potentially make a gauge out of it?

Also... if yes, then is ABS active distinguished by each wheel?

You can't read it with an obd2 scan tool.
