Default Anyone have 05 WRX/STI HID projector retrofits for sale? Or stock STI lights?

Lightwerkz preferred, however, I will consider any if they're done properly.

yeah, I saw those.

1. I'm not a big fan of the chrome shroud

2. He's charging a premium because they're STI headlights; I don't need sti lights.

3. its a bit more than I want to spend.

4. I'd like to see lights in person before I drop big money on them, which is why I posted in the regional forum and not the national forum.

1)have you taken a look at OEM 05 sti headlights...chrome

2) Im just chargng basically what it cost to do... If you want to talk crap go elsewhere. And please do some research before opening ur lips. That specific retrofit cost $1000+(just the retrofit, not including a donor set of lights, and finally if them were on your daily you would have to wait a month to get them back from lightwerks...

3) you can't skimp out on work from lightwerks...go DIY if you dont' want to spend that much. One has to pay to play

4) pics don't in any way do a justice, especially taking them w/ a camera phone so in turn can't see the beam/cutoff all that well
Your welcomed to come to Cali and check them out...lol

keep comments to yourself...nasioc ganster, G

wow...necessary?

1. 04's are chrome, 05's are black. Yours are even black....I'm talking about the e46 projector shroud, which you choose to be chrome...I don't like that, i feel its tacky.

2. I'm willing to pay the cost to do them, however, I don't want to pay for STI lights because I have a wrx and don't need the premium of the leveling motors.

3. agreed

4. How do I even know these work properly? take your word for it? yeah...sure. You want me to send you cash? get real.

Keep your comments to yourself please.

You brought your unsolicited comments to my WTB thread, so I responded in your national FS thread.

were here on Nasioc b/c were part of a subaru community...right? Of course there are those few bad apples(scammers) but generally by seeing an individuals feedback you could tell what type of person they are. I'm not trying to screw anyone over...I feel that the price is fair. Sending me an offer w/ a request is one thing(acceptable, the worst that i could say is NO) but when you go on another's thread posting your opinion is another...

FYI....if you just posted pictures of the beam pattern on a garage door or something, you'd have them sold already. Regardless of whether its a 2mp camera phone or not. You obviously thought a 2mp camera was good enough to take pictures of them originally.

I bought my for less than half the price $450.......also lightwerkz retros. It was a year and a half ago or so though. I guess you are adjusting for inflation, or the booming economy we are experiencing

Fair enough and well played, but you were being a tool (I stand by that, we are all tools at some point). If you change your mind and want some extra spending cash, let me know. But seriously, I will pay you a premium for them. And thanks for telling that California tool how it is.
